For those who do not want to participate in class and for those who follow their own programming. You get access to the facility and equipment, but no access to coaching or the group class environment. 

Two 1-1 personal training sessions to make sure you have the basic foundations for our group training crossfit class.

$40 for a 30 minute session and $75 for an hour session with our certified personal training staff.
