A: 30 alternating pistols, 6 muscle-ups, 12 hang power cleans 155/105

I: 60 air squats, 18 pull-ups, 12 hang power cleans 135/95

B: 40 air squats, 18 pull-ups, 12 hang power clean 95/65

WOD 3: 3 x 8 single leg deadlifts 24/16kg
