WOD 1: power clean (15 minute to work to a heavy single)

WOD 2: EMOM: for 15 minutes.

Minute 1: 5 power cleans @ 80%

Minute 2: 10 pull-ups

Minute 3: 20 sit-ups

Repeat.

WOD 3: 800m run or 1000m row, use this as active cool down, this is not for time.
