- Mobility (10 minutes – Thoracic and lower extremity)
- Dynamic Warm-up (10 minutes)
- Back Squat (10 minutes to work to a heavy single)
- 9 minute AMRAP of: 15 TTB, 10 Deadlifts 115/75 and 5 Snatch 115/75
- Cool Down (200m walk – this will be completed as soon as the AMRAP is over)
