Bench press – All sets are max effort reps. Use a spotter and go to failure. Set 1. 50%. Set 2. Add 10% of max. Set 3. Add 10% of max set 4. add 10% of max.
Part 2. 3 rounds.
Minute 1. 8 Bulgarian Split Squats per leg, no weight.
Minute 2. L-sit for as much of the 60 seconds as possible.
Minute 3. Russian KB swings 32/24 kg
Minute 4. Rest
