My CrossFit journey started in Houston and then I moved to DFW, after trying a few different gyms nothing felt write until I walked into CFB. -- The atmosphere is just "family" from the first class to today, when I walk in you just feel like you're home.



When I've come back from taking time off they've always cheered me on. The best part is this place is more than just about fitness, it's about helping you find HEALTH. love my CFB family.

I have been coming to Crossfit Burleson for about a year now, and I can honestly say every coach along with your fellow workout buddies are your biggest cheerleaders. They are all so encouraging and supportive, the coaches make sure to greet you walking in, and make sure to say goodbye walking out.


They take the time to get to know you and  what your  health needs are. I also love that they encourage family / community workouts every Saturday. I am truly grateful to have found  a community so full of support and love.

The place is like a 2nd home and with that comes a family.  The whole group is so welcoming to every one of all ages and physical capabilities. The coaches are amazing and the facility is always clean & in working manner. Something new is almost always being added.
