CrossFit Kids group classes are designed to make fitness fun and engaging for ages 6-13. These classes focus on age-appropriate exercises that promote physical literacy, coordination, strength, and endurance.
Our coaches lead various activities and games to keep kids motivated and moving while emphasizing the importance of proper form and safety. The program aims to foster a lifelong love of fitness and healthy habits in a supportive and energetic environment.
