CrossFit Kids group classes are designed to make fitness fun and engaging for ages 6-13. Our olympic lifting one-on-one training focuses on teaching and improving Olympic Lifts. We will guide YOU through technique refinement, strength building, and flexibility enhancement. Training includes personalized programming, emphasizing proper form, safety, and progressive overload to increase performance and prevent injury. This specialized training helps athletes develop explosive power, coordination, and overall strength.

To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and nutrition challenges. We are equipped with an In Body Scanner that will help you and your nutritionist closely monitor your progress. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or both…we can help you!
An intro to CrossFit to ensure your safety
If you’re a beginner no need to worry! At Crossfit Burleson all of our brand new athletes have the option to complete a program called “On Ramp” before entering class. We highly recommend that you take advantage of this intro program. We will introduce you to the barbell, ensure your safety, teach you the basic lifts, and show you alternative options to movements you’re not quite ready for. Not only does this better prepare you for class, it makes our athletes feel comfortable and starts to develop the important client/coach friendship that is so important.
Our Bodybuilding training and coaching focuses on developing muscle mass, symmetry, and definition through a structured regimen of resistance exercises and nutrition. We design customized workout programs, involving split routines targeting specific muscle groups, and provide nutritional guidance to optimize muscle growth and fat loss. We will work on motivation, technique correction, and strategic planning for progress tracking, often preparing our clients for competitions by adjusting training and diet to achieve peak physical condition.
